“What a stunning house! Felt peaceful from the minute we walked through the door. Sally not only made sure there were fresh house towels available in each room but beach bags with beach towels too! The splash pool was a particularly welcome treat in the heat of January and we ate outside on most occasions making the most of the braai spot and picnic bench down the side of the house. My favourite little spot was the outside shower – very private and so lovely and warm. It is the only other shower in the house apart from the en-suite one in the master bedroom (the other bathroom has a bath only) but to be honest,coming from England, I thoroughly enjoyed the novelty of showering outside! The house is situated in a lovely quiet area but is also just a 5 minute walk into town. On the street that runs parallel to the one Hibiscus House is on, there is a wonderful little cafe/shop called ‘Funky Junk’ and there are also a couple of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance too. I couldn’t recommend Hibiscus House enough and I also told Sally I don’t even think the photos do it justice!”
